“Narcos” and “Godfather of Harlem” creator Chris Brancato just bought a two-bed room, two-lavatory rental in West Soho.
The device is at Greenwich West, a new 30-story brick developing on Charlton Street that was finished during the pandemic, with interiors by Parisian architect Sebastien Segers.
The 1,400-square-foot apartment functions oversize casement home windows, huge white-oak floors, a windowed chef’s kitchen and views of downtown and lower Manhattan.
Brancato, 58, paid close to $2.75 million for the unit.
